Each June for the past 20 years, Moose Pass has come together to celebrate the longest day of the year, the Summer Solstice. For two days, the community gathers together for food, games, music and general family fun, and to raise money for the Moose Pass Sportsman’s Club.

Members of the Sportsmen’s Club, a non-profit community organization, organize the Summer Solstice Festival.  This two-day event will produce funds to maintain our community hall, support our fire department and library, and provide activities for our children.

Some of our corporate sponsors include MACtel, the Anchorage Daily News, Shoreside Petroleum, the Seward branch of National Bank of Alaska, and Alaska Video Postcards.  Their generous donations allow us to advertise effectively and offer a variety of entertainment.

Mark your calendar! This year our festival will be held on June 19th and 20th.  We look forward to seeing you and your family at the Moose Pass Summer Solstice Festival!
